Windows 11 What do many people know about it’s So far, it’s the latest OS from Microsoft—modern, with AI integration and a host of built-in features. But what else do people know about Windows 11? They know about its cluttered interface, excessive data collection, the removal of many old built-in tools, highly questionable optimization, and a large amount of AI-generated code. Now, according to sources, Windows 11 is losing user trust significantly. As of October 2025, the trust level was 55%; by December, it had already dropped to 50%. Meanwhile, many are looking back at Windows 10, leading to increased support for the older OS—from 41% in October to 45% in December. Even Windows 7, which seemed long forgotten, has partially grown in share.

Initially, enormous efforts were put into promoting Windows 11, actively urging people to upgrade from Windows 10. At one point, it even surpassed Windows 10 in market share. However, for many, Windows 11 has failed to meet expectations.

On its own, the OS doesn’t seem too bad from an average consumer’s perspective. BUT! There’s one important caveat in this case. Specifically, despite having fairly confident functionality, Windows 11 has an extremely mediocre openness to the user. There’s a huge amount of AI use in the creation of many Microsoft products, not just Windows 11, along with excessive telemetry, built-in ads, and pre-installed apps. Additionally, Windows suffers from the curse of updates. Both Windows 10 and Windows 11 initially had frequent updates that were often raw, causing many to delay switching to them. But while Windows 10 has already stopped receiving updates and has become a stable base among Windows OSes, Windows 11 is just gaining momentum, and its updates frequently break the system itself—like recently when one bug prevented computers from even booting. There’s also the issue that, upon FBI request, Microsoft can now hand over BitLocker keys.

Meanwhile, hashtags like #Microslop are gaining traction on social media, indicating a trend. Well, if you want to buy a ready-made and configured PC build, you can do so with us.
