Tiiny AI Pocket Lab is a mini PC from the Guinness Book of World Records.
A few days ago, a mini computer from Tiiny AI, Pocket lab, was introduced.
According to velechin, it’s like a smartphone, and the Guinness Book of Records lists it as the smallest mini. (for 100 billion llm parameters locally)
According to the company’s statements, this mini computer is capable of running AI language models with 120 billion parameters, which is really serious for such a device.
From the available details, we can say that the device has a processor with 12 cores with Arm v9.2 architecture.
Just as the sources say that, regardless of the processor, there is an NPU with a performance of 190 TOPS
It has an extremely weighty argument for its size: RAM, namely 80 GB LPDDR5X type.
The device also has a 1 TB SSD drive, of course.
The developers also expressed an interesting opinion and point of view about their product and its purpose. I’m stating:
