Chinese company Lian LI has unveiled new RS series power supplies, available in 1200W and 1000W versions, in two colors: black and white.
The unit is a fairly compact ATX format, measuring 150mm in length.
RS stands for Rotational Shift, a key feature of this series, specifically the ability to flexibly optimize cables.
The power input connector is designed using modular principles and can be rotated in one of two directions.
Power supply itself has a 10-pin + 18-pin 24-pin power supply for the motherboard, and these are located separately from the other modules for connection on the edges of the power supply, opposite each other.
The power supply comes with a set of various spare parts and accessories, such as dust plugs.
Thanks to this design and RS HUB support, this PSU can be used in both traditional and side-mounted configurations.
These PSUs are ATX 3.1 standard and are certified for 80+ Gold energy efficiency, just like one of the PSUs we’ve already reviewed on this site, including the Cybernetics Platinum and PPLP Gold.
They feature German-made EPCOS capacitors and a 135mm fan that has successfully passed Cybernetics A noise certification.
The package also includes 12V cables, 2 x 6, with two color-coded connectors. The 24-pin cable is braided with a comb for easy securing.
Cables such as PCIe and EPS can be secured with magnetic clips.
